Privacy policy
This plain-language policy explains how FestiFrames handles information. It is not jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
Your personal photo stays with you
When you add a photo to the FestiFrames sticker editor, it is processed locally in your browser. The image is used only to show your preview, position your face, remove a simple uniform background, erase small areas, and create your PNG download.
We do not upload your personal photo to FestiFrames servers, analytics tools, or our admin panel.
This means creating a sticker does not create a photo record in our database or add photo-storage load to our website. Refreshing or leaving the editor removes the working photo from the editor session.
Sticker print basket and PDF
If you choose “Add to print basket”, the finished sticker PNG is saved only in your browser’s local IndexedDB storage so the printer page can find it. It is not sent to FestiFrames. You can remove an item from the printer or clear the saved basket; clearing browser site data also clears it.
The sticker sheet preview and PDF are generated in your browser. The branded website link and logo are added to the PDF locally, not by uploading your sticker to our server.
Poster prompts and customization
Names, ages, greetings, messages, and similar template controls are used in your browser to prepare the prompt you copy. We do not intentionally send those values to analytics. FestiFrames does not receive a photo when you use poster-template prompts.
External AI and editing services
FestiFrames may provide an AI prompt or suggest that you use an external AI or photo editor. We do not automatically send your photo to those services. If you decide to upload a photo to ChatGPT, Gemini, another AI tool, or a photo editor, that provider’s privacy policy and terms apply to that upload.
Favorites
Favorites are stored in localStorage on your device and are not synced.
Advertising
Optional Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics in our self-hosted privacy banner. It can measure page visits, sessions, device information and approximate location. You can reject it without losing creation tools and change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. Advertising scripts are currently paused. Analytics does not receive the photos you use in the sticker editor or printer. See the cookie policy for storage and withdrawal details.
Your choices
You can avoid adding a photo, remove individual print-basket items, clear browser data, decline optional cookies where available, or contact us with a privacy question. Use photos you own or have permission to edit and share.
